At Fianna Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center we all have a simple mission: to spend our time caring for those in need with compassion and sincerity. We recognize that placing a loved one in our care is guided by your faith in our abilities, knowledge, and experience. This is why all of our associates take great pride in providing a quality of life to each resident that reflects honor, dignity, and respect.
Our team of qualified professionals helps residents recover from surgery, injury or serious illness. We understand the importance of creating a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere, whether residents stay for short-term rehab or long-term living.
We have a newly remodeled building with 3 new hall additions with beautiful, spacious rooms featuring flat screen T.V.’s, private bathrooms and showers. Our modern accommodations create a home-like atmosphere, allowing our residents to feel comfortable and at ease.
Although most transitions are not easy, we strive to facilitate that process with an environment where our patients and guests feel informed and comfortable. Our nurses and staff are always available to answer questions and lend a hand. Each resident is paired with a coordinator to help ease the transition and provide a familiar smiling face. Visitors are welcome every day of the week.

Our Center has received a Five-Star Quality Measures rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The Five-Star Quality Rating System is a tool to help consumers select and compare skilled nursing care centers. Created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2008, the rating system uses information from Health Care Surveys (both standard and complaint), Quality Measures, and Staffing. The Nursing Home Compare website features the rating system.
